Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Support Directors and senior leadership to maintain operational excellence
- Coach, develop, and motivate Team Members to deliver exceptional service
- Set the tone for shifts by leading with enthusiasm and positivity
- Handle opening, closing, and key holder responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction with immediate and respectful responses
- Assist in training new hires and foster a collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly smile and ability to create emotional connections with guests
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain eye contact
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and Monday to Friday
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to customer service
- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
- Motivated to manage team behavior and performance with fairness and respect
- Enthusiastic team player who embraces shared ownership and responsibility
