What You Will Do:
- Prepares food according to specifications while using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
- Restocks front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours
- Adheres to food safety standards and practices
- Monitors the quality of products and take appropriate action to maintain that quality
- Recognizes and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
- Strives to exceed guest expectations
- Is an ambassador for QDOBA
- Performs other tasks as directed by management
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Age Requirement - 16+ years
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to communicate in English is required
- Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer skills
- Must have access to adequate transportation
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes extending beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
- Must be able to work/be available weekends, evenings and Holidays.
