YOUR SCHEDULE
This customer service position typically works Monday-Friday and every other Saturday.
What You'll Do
- Respond to internet leads
- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Build relationships through phone, text, and email
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain CRM activity
- Confirm appointments
- Work closely with the Sales Team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
