What You'll Do
- Greet customers and create a positive service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status
- Prepare repair orders and estimates
- Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through delivery

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Has exceptional customer service skills
- Communicates professionally with customers and technicians

- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Can multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Has automotive service experience (preferred)
- Is comfortable recommending maintenance and repair services
- Has a valid driver's license
- Is proficient with computers and dealership software
