Part- time and Full-time

Shift: 3pm - 12am

Responsibilities 


• Prepare high-quality food with precision, accuracy, and attention to food safety standards

• Assemble orders quickly and efficiently 

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized, kitchen

• Follow proper closing procedures and systems 

• Reliable

• Positive attitude

• Team player

• Loves serving and helping others 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences


Requirements 

Applicants must: 

  • Be at least 18 years of age 
  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
  • Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Close approximately three times per week
  • Work standing for several hours at a time
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Work well under pressure, independently, and in a team environmen t
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
