Core Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare and serve high quality food items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
- Maintains reliable attendance and arrives on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Follows established call-out procedures and provides timely notice when unable to work as scheduled
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, guest needs, and business demands

- Accuracy: Accurately takes orders, prepares food, and handles payments while following Chick-fil-A procedures and standards.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift (up to 50lbs)
- Standing, bending, lifting
- Working in hot/cold environments (sometimes outside)
