Located in vibrant, downtown Asheville, NC, Chick-fil-A Merrimon Avenue is uniquely positioned to make a lasting impact on the community in which we serve. We are currently looking for positive, goal-oriented, servant-leaders to help grow our business and ensure our team and guests feel cared for each day.


Built around our four critical success factors - our people, the guest experience, sales growth, and financial stewardship - this position comprises of direct ownership of significant areas of the business within the context of a 2-year development program.


Top candidates will have proven leadership experience demonstrating the ability to effectively coach, develop and work through others. Previous restaurant experience is not required.


Duties & Responsibilities:

- Implement efficient, innovative systems that ensure guests feel cared for

- Set & lead the business to reach strategic goals that reflect a culture of continuous improvement

- Ensure Chick-fil-A procedures are being followed all day, every day

- Assess, develop & implement systems to regularly monitor guest experience

- Coach & develop team members to reach personal & professional goals

- Create & utilize systems to control costs

General Requirements:


- Flexible availability Monday - Saturday (6:00am - 11:00pm)

- Available to work 35-45 hours per week

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
