Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare food quickly and accurately, helping the team reach an average Speed of Service under 4 minutes.
- Follow recipes and procedures to ensure every order is made correctly and meets Chick-fil-A quality standards.
- Keep your work area clean and organized at all times to meet food safety and cleanliness goals.
- Complete all training within your first 30 days, including food safety, cleanliness, and BOH procedures.
- Support strong team performance by communicating clearly and working together during peak hours.
- Take care of equipment and tools, reporting anything broken or unsafe right away.
- Be open to feedback and grow from it, participating in performance check-ins twice a year with your leader.
