Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, professional hospitality to every guest
- Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively to keep restaurant operations running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers
- Take initiative and responsibility for your work

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivated and enthusiastic about providing great hospitality
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or professional work experience is a perferred, but not required
