Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs.
- Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift.
- Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and act as a key holder.
- Some leaders will count drawers and finalize daily transactions.
- Others will lead the kitchen in speed and operational excellence
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage time effectively
- Skilled at conflict resolution and maintaining team harmonyPrior experience as a shift lead or similar role is preferred but not required.
