Key Responsibilities:
- Support team members through accountability and quality improvement.
- Provide leadership in truck order and inventory management.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leads to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and daily assessments.
- Maintain a CLEAN, LEAN, and GREEN back of house (BOH).
- Monitor and report relevant scores to improve operational excellence.
