What You’ll Do as a Back of House Team Member:
Prepare, Cook & Assemble – Ensure every meal meets Chick-fil-A’s high standards for quality, speed, and safety.
Master Kitchen Stations – Become an expert in fries, breading, assembling, food prep, and more.
Keep the Kitchen Stocked & Organized – Maintain supplies and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Stay Up-to-Date – Keep learning as new products and processes roll out.
Follow Food Safety & Quality Guidelines – Maintain excellence in everything you do.
Work as a Team – Collaborate with others to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
