The Closing Kitchen Team Member role is a unique opportunity that provides you with the ability to contribute to a high-performing team on a consistent schedule every day. Each day, these Team Members will arrive at the restaurant to prepare the restaurant for an effective dinner service and restaurant close. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and the ability to multi-task. This shift will see the restaurant transition from dinner service into a period where we rapidly close the restaurant and clean/sanitize all dishes and equipment to the highest standards of food safety. You will have the unbelievable opportunity to learn from our experienced Kitchen Managers, Operations Directors, and a local Owner/Operator that is committed to working full-time in the restaurant. This role will develop you quickly, and historically, many of our opening Team Members have leveraged this development into a rapid promotion to Shift Lead or Manager!
