Position Overview
At Chick-fil-A, our Dishwashers play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. This position supports the Back-of-House team by keeping dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized, while also helping uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food safety and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general cleaning tasks.
- Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and utensils for easy accessibility.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean tools and equipment in a timely manner.
- Follow all Chick-fil-A safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s Core Values of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Available to work 11am-7pm Monday thru Saturday.
