- Operating and maintaining BBQ pits and other cooking equipment
- Implementing and monitoring slow-cooking methods for optimal flavor and tenderness
- Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Inspecting the quality of ingredients and meats before preparation
- Creating and updating BBQ recipes to enhance menu offerings
- Providing training and guidance to other kitchen staff
- Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of BBQ equipment
