We are seeking a motivated and talented General Manager to lead our team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver outstanding service
- Manage daily operations to maintain high-quality food and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee inventory and manage costs effectively
- Create a schedule that ensures the store meets labor percentages, but does not take away from guest experience
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role for a minimum of two years in a high volume location
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, and Monday to Friday schedules
- Well versed in profit and loss, and the ability to control these
