Brewfontaine, the #1 Beer Bar in Ohio, is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in Downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free kitchen
- Properly wash, sort, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware
- Set up dish stations and keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
- Prep food as needed and assist in storing food deliveries
- Change water in machines and sinks as required and use chemical dilutions
- Manage trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trashcans at the end of each shift
- Follow daily dish-cleaning duties and perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong planning and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift
