Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing duties including showing apartments and preparing leases.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and coworkers.
- Manage service requests and work orders efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of vacant apartments and common areas.
- Support the eviction process and handle late rent communications.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical concepts.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
Physical & Work Environment:
- Regularly walk the property and climb stairs.
- Work in a controlled climate with low to moderate noise levels.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Use personal mobile devices for work-related communication.
