Join Our Team
We’re seeking a talented Pastry Cook to craft beautiful, delicious desserts that complete the Arancino dining experience. If you have a passion for pastry and the precision it takes to create memorable sweets, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with daily dessert plating during service
- Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, creams, and fillings
- Decorate desserts with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean, organized pastry station and follow food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory of pastry ingredients and assist with ordering
What We’re Looking For
- Previous pastry or baking experience preferred (restaurant or bakery)
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for presentation
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
- Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- AM/PM availability preferred
