Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our award-winning team. You’ll be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, supporting our culinary team, and ensuring that every dish meets Arancino’s high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Assist chefs in assembling menu items and daily specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area
- Properly store and label food items to ensure freshness
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support kitchen team during busy service periods
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- AM/PM availability preferred
