Overview:
Chick-fil-A is a locally owned and operated restaurant that values its team members and gives back to the community. We are currently seeking a motivated Maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurant, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing surfaces
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- General inventory skills
- Ability to communicate and interact well with other employees, vendors, and our customers.
- Good overall knowledge of tools
- Familiarity with data entry, filing and record keeping
- Strong knowledge with Windows-based computer operating systems and software
- A positive attitude with good customer service skills
- The ability to follow special instructions
- A willingness and personality suited to work in a team oriented environment
- Experience buying perishable and/or nonperishable items.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Exceptional attention to detail, recognize and report issues
- Self-Motivation to get assigned work completed
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong problem-solving and muti tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
