Nighttime Prep Team Member
The Night Shift Prep Team Member plays an important role in preparing the restaurant for a successful evening and the next day's operations. This position focuses on food preparation, cleanliness, organization, stocking, and supporting the team while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food and ingredients according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked prep area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures (wash lettuce daily)
- Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
- Assist with closing preparation and ensure prep areas are ready for the next day.
- Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to leadership.
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy evening hours.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support other restaurant areas when needed.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide Remarkable Hospitality to guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 18 to apply
- Must have experience
- Consistent and reliable

Schedule

Compensation:
$20-$22/ Hour
