We’re looking for a confident, driven Closing Leader to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with integrity, and takes ownership of their shift and team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (required)
- Strong leadership presence — you know how to take charge, make decisions, and get results
- Clear and confident communicator who can delegate effectively and inspire others
- Proficient In:
- Money management
- Food safety and cleanliness standards
- Problem solving under pressure
- Customer issue resolution
- Team-focused and culture-driven — you bring positive energy and hold yourself and others to high standards
- Able to handle direct feedback and grow from it — no drama, just a mindset to improve
- Comfortable working and managing from a position — leading by example in the flow of the restaurant
Schedule:
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 5 nights a week (includes weekends)
- We offer rotating days off across the weekend to support work-life balance
- Additional compensation provided for closing availability
