We’re looking for a confident, driven Closing Leader to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with integrity, and takes ownership of their shift and team.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (required)
  • Strong leadership presence — you know how to take charge, make decisions, and get results
  • Clear and confident communicator who can delegate effectively and inspire others


  • Proficient In:
  • Money management
  • Food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Problem solving under pressure
  • Customer issue resolution


  • Team-focused and culture-driven — you bring positive energy and hold yourself and others to high standards
  • Able to handle direct feedback and grow from it — no drama, just a mindset to improve
  • Comfortable working and managing from a position — leading by example in the flow of the restaurant



Schedule:

  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 5 nights a week (includes weekends)
  • We offer rotating days off across the weekend to support work-life balance
  • Additional compensation provided for closing availability
