Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team member
  • At least 1 year in a management role with a track record of being able to coach a team and hold team members accountable
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must submit and pass a background check


Responsibilities:

  • Commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • Shifts will be 2pm-11pm
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist in training of staff to optimize performance
  • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards while promoting a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and success
