Are you a parent looking for a part-time job that fits your family’s schedule? Our Parent Shift provides consistent daytime hours while allowing you to be available for your family in the evenings, on weekends, and during school breaks.
Schedule
- Shifts are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Must be able to work 15-25 hours per week
- Choose between three 5-hour shifts or five 3-hour shifts
- Saturdays off
- Enjoy time off when your children are out of school, including summer and scheduled spring and fall breaks
- Chick-fil-A is always closed on Sundays
Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. You will work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment while providing the attentive service and genuine hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting every guest with a smile and a warm, friendly tone
- Making eye contact and creating positive, personal interactions
- Responding to thank you with “My pleasure”
- Taking and preparing guest orders accurately
- Serving guests in the dining room, at the front counter, or in the drive-thru
- Looking for opportunities to go above and beyond for guests
- Keeping guest areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Working with other team members to serve guests quickly and efficiently
- Following food-safety and restaurant procedures
- Demonstrating Chick-fil-A’s standards of hospitality
