Part-Time Front of House Team Member
***This is a part time afternoon/evening position. Hours will be scheduled between 3pm-11pm.
***20-25 Hours a week max

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by smiling and engaging with guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically to guests
- Make emotional connections with guests to provide an exceptional dining or drive-thru experience
- Honor and uphold Chick-fil-A’s vision and values
- Multitask quickly and efficiently
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s policies and dress code at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift on Saturdays
- Must be able to work outside for the duration of the shift
- Consistent and reliable work ethic
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Passion for serving and helping others
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
