What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Team Member (Cashier/Guest Experience), you’ll create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Your Daily Responsibilities will include:
- Become highly knowledgeable on all menu items, POS systems, and service procedures.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality: Provide friendly, clear, and professional communication to every guest.
- Stay attentive and proactive in meeting guest needs to deliver prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and guest service areas
- Perform front-counter cleaning and sanitation duties, including equipment cleaning and supply rotation
- Prioritize Food Safety: Follow sanitation, cleaning, and storage procedures in strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Bring the energy: Support a calm, positive, and hospitable atmosphere during high-volume peak hours.
- Work in a team: work hand-in-hand with fellow team members to ensure operational excellence on every shift.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- A Positive, Service-Oriented Attitude: A genuine desire to serve others with a smile.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Team Player: Someone who communicates respectfully and supports their teammates.
- Be able to work a minimum of 13 hours a week.
- Available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
