Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable, and hard-working. Part-time and full-time positions available for both day and night shifts, Monday thru Saturday. Must be available to work Friday and Saturday. We are closed Sunday. We love to promote from within, so if you're looking to get into other positions, including management, please let us know!
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Chop a variety of vegetables, prepare sauces, and other food preparation.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Keep kitchen area clean and maintain sanitation standards
Comply with food safety standards
Stock and rotate inventory
Wash dishes as needed
Maintain high quality standards in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
Qualifications:
Cooking experience not required, we will train!
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Able to work, remain calm and focused in a high volume, fast paced environment
Must be organized, self motivated and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Able to lift 60 pounds
Able to stand for long periods of time
