We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Team Supervisor to lead and grow our direct marketing (canvassing) team. This is a field leadership role — you’ll work side-by-side with your team, ensuring they represent the brand professionally, achieve daily goals, and continuously improve.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $32 per hour base pay
- Health insurance reimbursement of $300/month
- Great performance bonuses for results generated by your team (extra 3k-6k per month)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily huddles to set goals and territory plans
- Coach canvassers in real-time to improve performance
- Track and manage team production (appointments and lead quality)
- Ensure 100% compliance with company standards for appearance, behavior, and reporting
- Submit daily performance reports and field notes
- Protect the company’s reputation by ensuring professional, respectful interactions at every door

Requirements:
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or direct marketing preferred
- Leadership experience is a strong plus (team lead, supervisor, etc.)
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and leading from the field
