Summary:
- You'll be trained in the Jersey Mike's system as we coach you into the position of Shift Leader. Eventually, you'll train others.
- You'll join our Leadership Team and play a big role in ensuring the store is always customer-ready and that the crew is performing well and having fun.
- You'll learn every aspect of the business and you'll master all positions.
A positive attitude and a friendly personality are keys to success here.
Food service experience is not required, but helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
- Ensure daily restaurant cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and calmly
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ yrs old
- Reliable transportation
