We are looking for a Front of House Director (Drive Thru & Dining Room) to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about providing guests an outstanding experience as well as supporting team members.
Your Impact:
- As a member of the Executive Team, you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to help ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Manage, develop, and oversee a team of Front of House (FOH) team members and leaders
- Work to achieve efficiency metrics throughout the FOH Operations
- Assist in the hiring process of FOH team members and leaders
- Responsible for scheduling of 80+ FOH team members
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background and Skills:
- 3 years of food service related Leadership experience required
- Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close)
- Passionate about building relationships with guests through serving them
- Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
- Ability and eagerness to mentor younger workers and to have a positive impact on their professional development
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Detailed, organized and process-oriented
