Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
- Coaching, teaching, and training of team members on policies and procedures while creating a positive work environment for everyone
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant while leading the shift as a key holder
- Responsible for ensuring all team members get their required break periods

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience in a leadership position required
- This is a Full-time position and full schedule availability is required (Mon-Sat; 5:30am-midnight; Holidays)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have a desire to serve others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
