Back of House Team Member – Serve with Excellence Behind the Scenes
At Chick-fil-A Cooper Point and Capital Mall, we’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Back of House (BOH) Team Members. In this role, you’ll help prepare delicious food quickly and safely, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support your teammates in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. What this role is
Back of House Team Member — rotate through breading, frying, food prep, dishwashing, restocking, setup/cleanup, and sanitation. Fast pace. High standards. Teamwork required.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food quickly and accurately.
- Rotate across BOH stations (breading, fry, prep, dish).
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Restock, set up, and clean kitchen areas during and after shifts.
- Support teammates and adapt to shifting priorities during peak periods.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus — not required
Schedule & pay
- Part-time: 10–31 hours/week
- Full-time: 32+ hours/week
- Must be available for some peak shifts (early mornings, evenings, Saturdays). Always closed on Sundays.
- Pay: $17–$19/hr. depending on availability and experience.
