Culver’s is looking for new Assistant General Manager!

As a Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the General Manager grow and develop your skills. You will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and leading your team to deliver on our mission of “We genuinely care so, every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy.” If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and thrive in a team environment, then this is the career for you.

Job Skills and Requirements:

· Guest Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers by building trust in the brand.

· Communication: Ability to foster and encourage open communication, and cooperation.

· Teamwork: Restaurant Assistant General Managers are part of a team. You will be working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential for success.

· Leadership Skills: Assistant General Managers must keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts, and make the difficult decisions, along with inspiring their team to always achieve their very best.

· Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, excellent guest service and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food cost targets.

· Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures effectively holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.

· Understands the financial reporting process and has the financial acumen to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business.

• Must be willing to relocate locally within 15 miles.

Results driven with 3+ years of leadership experience as a high caliber Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Pay : $40,000 - $50,000 per year
