Responsibilities:
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks
- Ensure the cleanliness of exhaust hoods, and related equipment.
- Filtering the fryers daily and boiling out the fryers on a regular schedule
- Ensuring the grill is clean daily.
Requirements:
- No formal education required
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, day shifts
- Enjoy working on-site
