Catering Coordinator

At Chick-fil-A, the Catering Coordinator role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. The Catering Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining connections with our guests and growing the brand by seeking sales outside of our 4 walls. This role plans and executes for any catering pickups and deliveries by scheduling team members, communicating with the leadership team, being proactive with guests, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Catering Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
  • Make emotional connections with guests
  • Encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Answering phone calls and taking new catering orders within the store
  • Documenting and communicating future orders to leadership
  • Politely and professionally interacting with catering guests
  • Keep and maintain inventory of catering supplies
  • Coordinate with the kitchen leadership on fulfillment of all catering orders
  • Follow up with guests to ensure exemplary experience and gain feedback to improve
  • Recruit, select, and develop team members for the Sales & Brand Growth team
  • Handle and reconcile guest complaints
