Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Assistant Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Our Warehouse & Delivery Drivers are essential to keeping Goody Goody running. In this role, you’ll support our retail stores and wholesale customers by receiving inventory, preparing orders, transporting products, and delivering merchandise safely and efficiently. You’ll represent the Goody Goody brand by providing excellent service every step of the way. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and being part of a fast-paced operation.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse & Delivery Driver, you will:

• Receive, unload, organize, stock, and rotate inventory

• Pick, palletize, stage, and prepare orders accurately

• Load and unload merchandise safely using warehouse equipment

• Deliver products to Goody Goody stores and wholesale customers

• Provide friendly, professional service during every delivery

• Verify invoices, transfers, and delivery paperwork

• Communicate product issues, damages, or delivery concerns

• Maintain assigned delivery vehicles and complete inspections

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow company safety standards and loss prevention procedures

• Assist with inventory counts, projects, and daily warehouse operations

• Work together with teammates to achieve accuracy, efficiency, and service goals

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous warehouse, logistics, delivery, or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, dollies, and warehouse equipment

• Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English

Driving Requirements:

• No reckless driving convictions

• No DWI/DUI convictions

• No more than two moving violations within the last three years

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. Team members must be able to:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and move merchandise

• Lift up to 75 pounds without assistance

• Use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment

• Climb stairs and ladders as needed

• Work in warehouse environments and occasional outdoor conditions
