Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Receivable processing, including chargebacks and dispute resolution
- Support bi-monthly TABC reporting and compliance
- Assist with fleet management tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with inventory control and accounting teams for data accuracy
- Perform additional accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience including AP and AR
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based accounting systems preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in multi-location retail or inventory-driven environments is a plus
- Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry regulations (TABC) is a plus
