Full-Time Retail Associate

As a Full-Time Associate, you are a key part of our customer experience. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable service while supporting daily store operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you’ll create an outstanding shopping experience by assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, bagging and carrying out merchandise, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support customer selections
- Support sales through featured promotions and company initiatives
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Stock shelves and assist with inventory organization and replenishment
- Maintain overall store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards
- Follow all operational, safety, and loss-prevention procedures at all times
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to learn and efficiently operate a POS system
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, or similar equipment
- Occasional walking and stair climbing may be required
