We are seeking a Shift Lead willing to float between the following three locations. Applicants must have your own reliable transportation. The more flexible you are to location and work schedule, the easier it is to get to full time hours.

• Roscoe Village - 3340 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60618

Shift Leads take on responsibility to lead and coordinate the Crew in fulfilling the shift Game Plan. This includes monitoring dough and frosting levels and giving guidance to the Crew on when to change tasks. Shift Leads ensure all quality checks and reporting is done and their shift is operating smoothly.

Exceptional communication skills, patience, integrity and a passion for excellence and continuous improvement are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift Lead Responsibilities

• Contribute to a FUN and FAST PACED work culture while making awesome cookies!
• Provide input to management in developing the daily game plan
• Lead the Crew in executing the determined game plan
• Conduct ingredient and cookie quality checks and report to corporate at required intervals
• Ensure all Crew Members meet performance expectations during shift
• Effectively train and mentor others
• Maintain a SAFE, HEALTHY, and CLEAN work environment
