What We’re Looking For:
- Two or more years of experience in varied restaurant positions, including cooking
- Supervisory experience is required
- Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
- Hospitality minded
- NRA ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Preparing food to order while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency standards
- Perform opening and closing kitchen duties
- Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, and cleaning
- Follow sanitation procedures
- Utilizing recipes and portion control
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
Performs Supervisory Duties:
- Key holder scheduled to open and/or close the restaurant
- Supports, trains, and supervises team members
- Covers Assistant General Manager duties on days off
- Performs cash operations and ensures accurate financial transactions
- Fulfills roles in the kitchen and dining room as needed
- Supports inventories, specials rollouts, and ordering as needed
- Supports the team to meet or exceed financial and profitability goals
