Qualifications:

• Three or more years in varied restaurant positions, including cooking and supervisory experience  
• Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Must be able to coach and develop others effectively
• VDLC certified preferred
• Experience with P&L preferred
• NRA ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
• Business or relevant degree preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Primary manager for front of the house team members
• Active, hands-on shift management and supervision
• Honest, hardworking, and compassionate leadership
• Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
• Coach and develop team members
• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
• Accountable for timely payroll processing, cash management, and scheduling
• Upholding high standards of excellence and hospitality
• Supporting the restaurant team in all areas, including the front and back of house
