Join Us: We are seeking hospitality-driven Counter Servers & Baristas with night and weekend availability at The Skinny Pancake in Quechee, VT. Job Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Providing gracious hospitality to guests
- Crafting delicious beverages, including alcohol, and serving high-quality food
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items
Operations:
- Performing opening and closing duties with availability nights, weekends and holidays.
- Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests
- Handling multiple beverage and food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
- Washing dishes
- Utilizing recipes and portion control
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
Applicants must be 18 years or older and obtain a VDLL certification as a seller of alcoholic beverages.
