Qualifications:
Three or more years in varied restaurant positions, including cooking and supervisory experience
Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
Must be able to coach and develop others effectively
VDLC certified preferred
Experience with P&L preferred
NRA ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
Business or relevant degree preferred
