We are currently seeking cooks at The Skinny Pancake in Montpelier who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant.
Compensation includes a competitive base wage in addition to a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff each shift. This position has a base rate of $17 per hour with an earning potential of over $19 per hour with our back-of-house revenue share program. When we're busier, your pay goes up!
Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
