Job Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Providing gracious hospitality to guests
- Crafting delicious beverages and serving high-quality food
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items
Operations:
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests
- Handling multiple beverage and food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
- Washing dishes
- Utilizing recipes and portion control
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
- Must 18 years old or older (a requirement for sellers of alcoholic beverages in the State of Vermont)
- Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery 1st Class License Certification preferred.
