What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of varied restaurant experience, including cooking and supervisory roles
- Availability for 8–10 hour shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
- Ability to train, coach, and inspire a team
- Strong hospitality instincts and a passion for guest experience
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience coordinating multiple made‑to‑order dishes while maintaining quality and timing
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example on the line while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Manage with honesty, compassion, and a strong work ethic
- Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
- Coach and develop team members at every level
- Oversee food inventory, quality, and safety
- Handle scheduling and payroll in a timely manner
- Serve as Manager on Duty and collaborate with the Front of House team
