We’re looking for a full‑time, hands‑on GM of Restaurant Operations to oversee three high‑volume Skinny Pancake locations inside Burlington International Airport (BTV). This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team under one roof while elevating the guest experience for hundreds of travelers every day.

As our General Manager of Restaurant Operations at BTV, you will:
- Lead with integrity, compassion, and a hands‑on approach
- Drive financial performance and meet/exceed profitability goals
- Hire, train, coach, and develop high‑performing teams
- Oversee quality, safety, and operational excellence across all units
- Manage scheduling, payroll, cash handling, and inventory
- Build strong relationships with airport partners and transportation agencies
- Champion hospitality and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience, including 2+ years as a General Manager
- Strong kitchen/culinary management background
- Experience with P&L management and operational decision‑making
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop teams
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Multi‑unit experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends/holidays
- Ability to pass airport security clearance
