In addition to your hourly base pay, cooks participate in our BOH RevShare program to increase earning potential.
We are currently seeking cooks at The Skinny Pancake in downtown Stowe who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and weekends are required.
Compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff (varies based on business volume and shift). This position has a base rate of $20-$22/hour plus an average RevShare of $2/hour! When we're busier, your pay goes up!

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, washing dishes, and cleaning
- Organizes food preparation priorities so items served together are finished simultaneously.
- Handle multiple food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
- Utilize recipes and portion control
- Follow sanitation procedures
- Perform general cleaning and restocking
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
