Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily food prep and cooking using a variety of commercial kitchen equipment
- Delivery driving to transport prepared food products to restaurant locations
- Utilize recipes and portion control for large-batch cooking
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow sanitation procedures
- Perform general cleaning and restocking
- Washing dishes, pots and pans
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
- Driving company vehicles for delivery - a valid driver’s license is required
